Co-ed volleyball on Monday evenings is geared towards players with previous experience (intermediate to advance) and are familiar with the rules and regulations.

This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and advanced athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.CKF19: Class dates have been changed to meet on Mondays. No class on Monday, October 14 & Monday, November 11. A make-up date is scheduled for Monday, December 9, if needed. CKW20: No class on Monday, January 20 & Monday, February 17. A make-up date is scheduled for Monday, March 9, if needed.

This program is perfect for those looking to play basketball at a slightly slower pace. All the same rules apply and teams will be picked every Tuesday based on the players that are in attendance.

A slow paced class that will focus on flexibility, range of motion, strength, and balance. Learn all the basic postures of yoga. This class is great for beginners and still challenging enough for seasoned yogis.GYF19: No exclusion dates. Bring your "A" game to the hardwood! Co-ed basketball on Wednesday evenings is open to men and women ages 18 and up. All players are invited to participate, from beginners to advanced. We are offering a DROP-IN option this season to all participants. The drop-in fee is $5 per night, please bring exact change.

Snapology offers a variety of activities designed to reinforce the core competencies and the curricula being taught at each grade level. Learn how to use LEGO bricks and other building materials to make coasters and other awesome rides. Can you design the next Disney World?Winter SeasonRobo Pets: Children will begin to explore the world of robotics as they build simple LEGO models that teach the fundamentals of robotic design and coding in this awesome RoboPets program! Children will learn about mechanical movement, habitats, and examine the basic needs of different animals as they build a robotic fish, alligators, puppies, and frogs! Whether making their build respond to motion and tilt sensors, adding loops, or creating fun sounds, children will learn valuable programming skills in an easy to use programming format most appropriate for children this age.Gamebots Beginner Coding: Calling all gamers! SOLD OUT!Join us for a trip to New York City to see "city sidewalks, busy sidewalks, dressed in holiday style."  The motor coach departs Coventry at 8:00 a.m. from the Guy L. Lefebvre Community Center. Once in the City you will be dropped off at The Plaza close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, museums, Broadway shows, and Rockefeller Center. After exploring the City make your way back to The Plaza for a 7:00 p.m. departure. A rest stop will be made to and from New York City in Branford, CT.Rain or shine.

We encourage children to engage in play and movement with their bodies, throw, roll, hop, skip, run, tip toe, walk backwards, and develop confidence in their ability to control their bodies! Focus on strengthening your child's foundational large motor skills and positive social interactions through creative play with other children and parents. A safe and clean space for Coventry youth to enjoy at NO COST. Our goal at the Teen Center is to create a fun and enriching experience in a supervised environment. Teens have access to Wi-Fi and are encouraged to bring their Chromebooks to work on their homework or school projects. There will be board games, Young Adult novels (donated by the Coventry Public Library) and video games available. Members also have the option to participate in daily activities and themed monthly events. Those interested in joining the Teen Center are welcome to one visit prior to registering as a member.The Teen Center is located at the Guy L. Lefebvre Community Center, 1277 Main St.Hours of operation: Monday-Thursday: 2:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. and Friday: 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.

Become a marine biologist with Save The Bay! This program is a perfect introduction to environmental education, Narragansett Bay, and your local watershed. Explore marine related topics through hands-on activities, live critter encounters, and bay-related crafts. Join us as we investigate the important habitats that make up our coastlines and observe the anatomy and adaptations of the sea creatures that live in our bay.STBW20: No class Tuesday, December 24 & Tuesday, December 31.
